SHIPPING

All packages are shipped using either UPS or USPS. Please note that there is a processing time of 1-7 business days before your order is shipped. Once the processing time is complete, your order will be shipped. Shipping typically takes 1-4 business days to reach you after it leaves our facility. You will receive a tracking number via email once your items have been shipped.

During sale periods or major restocks, such as Black Friday, processing times may be extended to 5-10 business days, with shipping time remaining at 1-4 business days. Please be aware that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

For international orders, delivery times can range from 3-14 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that any tariffs or custom fees are not covered by Strands.

Imani Nicole Extensions is not responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service or UPS and file a claim. All packages are insured by USPS/UPS. If you opted for Route Protect at checkout, your package is fully covered for loss, damage, or theft up to the subtotal amount. In the event of a claim, please submit it through Route.IMANI NICOLE EXTENSIONS does not hold responsibility for

packages after they have been shipped.
IMANI NICOLE EXTENSIONS is not responsible for late
shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays,
or any courier delays.
If items have not been received, it can be located by using the
tracking number or contacting your local post office.
If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back
you are responsible for additional shipping fees,
or a store credit will be given to you to purchase a new
order with the correct address.

Pre-Order Turn Around Time:

If you purchase bundles/Extensions that are not available on hand the turn around time is 14-20 business days. An email will be sent as soon as your package has shipped, providing you with details on your shipment.

What is raw hair?

Raw hair is 100% unprocessed human hair from one donor. All cuticles are intact and aligned in one direction. Raw hair comes in 3 natural textures: Wavy, Straight, and Curly. Since raw hair is in its most natural state each bundle is unique which means no two bundles are exactly the same. The differences in bundles are not noticeable enough for the hair to not blend.

There is no expiration date on our raw hair. You determine how long your hair will last by the way you care for your hair. Keep in mind that excessive heat and coloring will minimize the natural state of the hair.

Are there any refunds or exchanges?
As of right now all sales are final. Feel free to email us with any concerns.
